Christopher Hache learned his trade working with some of the great names of French cooking, including Eric Fréchon, Alain Senderens and Eric Briffard. In 2011, he became Head Chef at the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris, the same year as he was given the "Young Chef of the Year" award by a noted food guide.
